SMBs is 6 million businesses — that's not a customer, that's a continent. Nail one vertical (e.g., SaaS vendor contracts, construction subcontractor agreements) where you have deep workflow insight competitors don't.
Where's the Human Who Builds This?
The pitch has zero founder signal — no legal background, no technical co-founder, no unfair advantage mentioned. YC funds people first; give them a reason to believe YOU specifically can win this.
Genuine advice
The space is real and the pain is genuine — SMBs do get destroyed by legal costs. But your moat has to be the *workflow*, the *data*, or a *distribution wedge* that OpenAI can't ship in an afternoon; go find that and lead with it. 😉
